Molefe Maleka is an associate professor and is the niche leader of people analytics at Tshwane University of Technology.  Molefe is a co-founder of Global Living Organisation Wage and is the campus rector at the eMalahleni campus. He is a reviewer of international and national journals and conference proceedings. His passion lies in the people’s analytics metrics like gender pay gap, living wage, time-to-hire, executive remuneration, and job satisfaction. He has successfully supervised more than 35 doctoral and master’s students. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed journals and conference proceedings and examined more than 100 dissertations and theses in different universities in South Africa. He has been invited to present at the G20 and the United Nations to present people analytics metrics.
