Who is Tshwane University of Technology Continuing Education (TUT CE)?

The TUT CE Directorate is the custodian of all continuous education commercially provided by TUT (online and face-to-face). The strategic purpose is for TUT CE to generate a third-stream income for the University through a whole suite of programmes, including CPD programmes, SLPs, & EDP hosted and com­mercialised on one platform.

What is the Learning Management System (LMS)?

The Learning Management System (LMS) is a fully com­mercial online platform launched by Tshwane University of Technology Continuing Education (TUT CE) to facilitate a comprehensive educational experience. It allows par­ticipants to seamlessly select and enroll in courses, make payments, attend sessions, and receive certification— all in one convenient location. This innovative system embraces the digital era by streamlining the learning process, enhancing accessibility, and improving overall efficiency for both learners and instructors.

Does TUT CE offer formal qualifications?

The CE offer TUT certified noncredit bearing short learning programme including Continuing Professional Development programmes, & Executive Development Programme.

How are the courses delivered?

Courses are delivered online through an end-to-end Learning Management System and face to face.
